Weight Loss Program

My weight loss prgrammes are specially designed for my patients and customized on individual basis. Many factors are kept in mind and the plans are made doable so that they can sustain the weight loss they have achieved with me. I endorse  eating regularly and eating right and not skipping meals. A monthly  target is set for all patients and we work accordingly to achieve that.
Weekly reviews are done to see the progress of the same.
