Hummus

Hummus

Ingredients 

1. Chickpeas 
2. Garlic
3.  Extra virgin Olive oil
4. Sesame oil
5. Salt to taste 

Method

1. Overnight soak the chickpeas 
2. Pressure cook the chickpeas to make them soft 
3. In a mixer add the chickpeas with the olive oil atleast 2 tablespoon , sesame oil 2 teaspoon ,  garlic and salt. 
4. Now mix it well till its completely made into a paste. 
5. Enjoy this with salad sticks, crackers, toast or warm pita.
