SMOOTH WAY TO START YOUR DAY..

1. . Oats,blueberry,honey, ginger,mint and yogurt. 

This is a perfect start to a healthy day with the bluberries giving u as much Vit C as required in the whole day. 
Oats giving u the high fibre required for a perfect gut to work throughout the day. The goodness of honey and the taste of ginger and mint is not to be missed.

Oats.
  Known for maintaining  Lower Cholesterol Level  especially if you are trying to prevent or are currently dealing with heart disease or diabetes. Oats, oat bran, and oatmeal contain a specific type of fiber known as beta-glucan.

Oats are full of fiber and just one cup contains more than 10 grams of protein. This keeps you feeling full and reduces snacking. Savory or sweet oats are the right way to start your day. Though Oats are a nutritional powerhouse, they can also be applied topically for many DIY treatments.

BLUEBERRIES  

The blueberry’s fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and phytonutrient content, coupled with its lack of cholesterol, all support heart health. The fiber in blueberries helps lower the total amount of cholesterol in the blood and decrease the risk of heart disease.Jan 9, 2016

2. Strawberry, kiwi and banana

Strawberry

Nutritional Value of Strawberries. Strawberries are no exception to this rule; in addition to antioxidants, they have many other nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that contribute to overall health. These include folate, potassium, manganese, dietary fiber, and magnesium. It is also extremely high in vitamin C!

Kiwi

Kiwifruit is an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin K as well as a very good source of copper and dietary fiber. It is also a good source of vitamin E, potassium, folate, and manganese.
Kiwis are a nutrient dense food, meaning they are high in nutrients and low in calories. The possible health benefits of consuming kiwis include maintaining healthy skin tone and texture, reducing blood pressure and preventing heart disease and stroke.

Banana is added to this health drink to give it the perfect taste blend and that extra kick of nutrition.
