OATS CHILLA

INGREDIENTS 

1. steel cut oats 
2. Vegetables of your choice 
3. Salt
4. Pepper 
5. Coriander 

METHOD

1. slighly dry roast the oats and grind them into a paste 
2. Add the finely chopped vegetables,  i used carrots, capsicum and onions 
3. Heat the pan and spread the batter on to the pan with very little oil 
4. Flip on both sides and enjoy wih coriander and mint chutney
